POGA are delighted to have recently received a grant of planning for the Phase 3 of the Donacarney Housing development at Mornington, County Meath. Work on this project is due to commence in May of this year. We have completed 63 units on the site as part of Phase 1 & 2 of the works.

The latest phase consists of 13 luxury family homes situated in the picturesque wooded site on the grounds of Donacarney House. Our role on the project consists of the structural design of each dwelling, civil design works, including roads design, drainage and watermain design, and liaising with Irish Water and Meath County Council
